Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items, including dangerous goods and restricted materials, may require special handling and may have limited shipping options.
- Due to carrier regulations, some hazardous items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is provided for a restricted item, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.
Tracking & Order Updates
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times.
Returns & Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

⚠️ Please note: If an item is not in our inventory, it will be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse in Vancouver. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, stock levels at the Canadian warehouse may vary. In some cases, our supplier may need to source items from their international manufacturing locations, which can lead to longer lead times and may incur additional costs.
If a product is not available in Canada and must be shipped from outside the country, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees may apply. We will contact you before fulfilling your order in these cases to confirm any additional charges. No extra costs will be charged without your approval.
