Stock & Fulfilment Notice

If an item is not in stock at our location, it will be shipped from our supplier’s warehouse in Vancouver. If the Vancouver warehouse is also out of stock, the item will be sourced from our supplier’s U.S. facility or another manufacturing location — at no additional cost to you.

Some products, such as life rafts, may be made to order, which can result in longer lead times. In all cases, we’ll notify you promptly if there are any delays so you can decide if the updated timeline works for you.
