Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging)
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • If we provide you with a return label, the label cost will also be deducted from your refund

How to Start a Return

  2. Ship your return to:

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Made-to-order items (life vests, life rafts, inflatable rescue devices)
  • Perishable goods (water filtration drinks)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest turnaround, return the item you have, and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  • If approved, your refund (minus restocking fee & shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@capitalsurvival.com
